As a result of the expansion of out Team we are in search for:

Beauty Advisor (Female)

The Beauty Advisor will work in a retail environment dedicated for fragrances, cosmetic products and skin care products. She will be responsible for building and maintaining relationship with customers as well as driving sales to increase.

The Beauty Advisor demonstrate treatments, beauty and skin care products, offers expert advice along with up-to -the- minute trend events.

Duties and responsibilities:

Assists customers by demonstrating products, devices and applications of products

Engage customers through in-depth product knowledge and using a consultative approach help them make selections based on their needs.

Recommends and introduces products and services based on customer needs

Recommends additional and complementary products and/or services based on information provided by the customer or items already selected for purchase

-Achieves sales goals while displaying prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service.

Builds and strengthen customer loyalty by finding the right solutions for our customer’s beauty needs.

Proactively seeks opportunities to recommend creative strategies to improve service/sales.

Understands sales plan and marketing calendar to coordinate with marketing launches.

Replenishes inventory to support in-stock goals and drive sales

Establish and maintain high department standards: neat, clean, and organised in sales areas, stock areas and non-sell areas.

Required skills:

University degree

Good knowledge of cosmetics products, fragrances and skin care products.

Excellent communications skills and must possess a thirst of Knowledge.

Prior experience in a retail, sales, or cosmetics environment.

Must be able to build relationships and influence others.

Good knowledge of English

Superior organisational and time management skills

Strong work ethic and personal integrity and honesty.
